Product owner: A Product Owner is a role on a Scrum team that is responsible for managing the Product Backlog, including the Product Vision, and ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders. He/She is responsible for the success of the product. The Product Owner is the sole person responsible for managing the Product Backlog and ensuring that value is realized from it. The Product Owner represents the voice of the customer.
