Joanne , born on April 10, 1965, in Taipei, Taiwan, is a renowned professional poker player. She moved to the U.S. in 1985 to pursue a Master’s in computer science and worked in Silicon Valley before turning to poker full-time in 2004. Li u quickly rose through the ranks, becoming one of the most successful female poker players with nearly $3.9 million in earnings.
