An iPhone handed over for repair may contain personal photos, private conversations, emails, banking apps, payment apps and work documents. While a technician may need access to certain functions for diagnosis and testing, access to unrelated personal information may not be necessary.
SampurnaKart Black Box is a privacy-focused Secure Repair Mode designed to help customers maintain better control over selected apps during the repair process. Before handing over the iPhone, the customer can activate the available protection, select sensitive apps and discuss the access required for repair testing.
