All tasting cards and sheets provide spaces to record the name of the wine, the wine producer, the region or country of production and the vintage twelve months. Those guidelines, however, can be somewhat confusing. Bear this in mind when selecting glasses and you can never get confused for a second time. Use wine glasses having a very narrow mouth for young or light white wines.
